A reusable external-probe logger for dry ice, ultra-low freezers and specialist cold-chain applications. It combines real-time LCD status, configurable alarms, temporary reporting and automatic PDF/CSV output.
Introduction
The Iron Tag 300 is a rugged, reusable Iron Tag 300 Rugged Temperature and Pressure Data Logger developed for demanding industrial, laboratory and sterilisation processes. Its S316 stainless-steel case protects the logger from corrosion, pressure, moisture and harsh process conditions, while its IP68 rating allows submersible operation.
It measures temperatures from -50°C to +150°C and is available with pressure ranges of 0–100 psi, 0–300 psi or 0–500 psi. The logger stores 16,000 temperature readings and 16,000 pressure readings for detailed process mapping and validation.
Parameters can be configured before deployment, including logging interval, start delay and high/low alarms. After the process, connect the logger through USB Type-C to retrieve graphic and tabular PDF, CSV or combined reports.
